Please note the following to ensure your agent has the necessary information:
- Make sure the scheduled availability on your Cal.com booking page matches the hours you want your agent to offer.
- During booking, your agent checks availability through an encrypted connection to help prevent double bookings. To block off time—for a day off or any other reason—create an event from your phone or computer, mark it as Busy, and use a connected calendar that Cal.com checks for conflicts.
This lets your agent know when you are unavailable, so it can offer your clients another available time.
